Crystal Lake Property Management, established in 2001, specializes in residential Community Management for homeowner associations and Residential Lease Management of single family homes and townhouses throughout Central Oregon. These are supported by our in-house Maintenance Management.

Maintenance Management division, which supports the needs of Community Management and Residential Leasing Management, as well as other clients throughout central Oregon, is led by Ken Erickson.  Ken is a property manager licensed in the State of Oregon, and has been involved in the construction and landscaping industries since 1989.  This division provides routine home maintenance services, a comprehensive menu of home repairs & honey-do list items, landscaping services as well as vacation home inspections and snow removal.  To obtain services from this division you can call Ken at (541) 617-7006 ext. 106 or email him at Maintenance@CrystalLakePM.com.

The Accounting Services are led by Kristin Newell, and include the collection of payments both electronically and manually, the payment of property expenses, transmittal of client payments and monthly financial statements.  Homeowner Associations are supported by annual budget preparation as well as state mandated reserve studies, and the coordination for the preparation of state and federal tax returns as well as financial compilation reports.  These services are provided in an efficient and timely manner, and all monthly reports are received by clients within 20 days of month end.  Client questions regarding these services can be directed to Kris at (541) 617-7006 ext. 104 or email her at Accounting@CrystalLakePM.com.
