Community Management of homeowner associations includes our team of licensed property management professionals Susan Quartucy, Matt Free and Kristin Newell. This division supports the management of the community associations by electronic and manual collection of dues, oversight of common area and community amenities, handling architectural review requests, working with the board members to create community guidelines and providing enforcement of them, establishing budges and reserve studies, establishing a community web page for all association documents, providing community newsletters and supporting community events to build relationships among neighbors in the community.
