COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
Community Management of homeowner associations is led by Susan Quartucy. Susan is a property manager licensed in the State of Oregon and has worked in the field since 1991. This division supports the management of the community associations by electronic and manual collection of dues, oversight of common area and community amenities, handling architectural review requests, working with the board members to create community guidelines and providing enforcement of them, establishing budgets and reserve studies, establishing a community web page for all association documents, providing community newsletters and supporting community events to build relationships among neighbors in the community.
